Outstanding, thorough, and generous. They showed up during my home inspection for a house I wanted to buy when a large issue was found. The home inspector thought it might be a deal breaker and EcoPro was willing to stop working without charging me even after driving in the snow to check out the house. I decided to continue the inspection anyways and they not only were extremely detail oriented with their work, but went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Definitely pick these guys for any of your needs!!

I BARELY leave reviews, however I love this company and taking 2 minutes out my day to leave them one is worth it. This company is patient and understanding. My initial technician is my favorite. He was just so kind and understanding. He was personable and great at his job. I have had 2-3 other technicians who are pleasant as well .I definitely recommend this company.

Disappointing experience with this company. Not very reliable, or punctual. Paid them $203 dollars to rid my home of a bee problem. Technician sprayed something. It had no effect, bee's are still here. Disappointed. Had to call a more professional company - Orkin to come out and fix the problem.

We truly value all customer input and understand how frustrating it can be to still see bee activity after treatment. That said, I’d like to offer some clarity on the process and the product we used during your service that we provided to you yesterday August 7, 2025. (Yesterday) Our technician treated the area using Termidor® Foam, a professional-grade product specifically formulated for void treatments of stinging insects like bees, wasps, and carpenter ants. Termidor Foam is a non-repellent, which means the insects don’t detect it upon contact — allowing them to continue moving through treated areas and unknowingly transfer the product to others in the colony. This transfer effect is what makes Termidor so effective, especially for nests located inside walls or hard-to-access spaces. Unlike instant-kill sprays, Termidor Foam is designed for longer-lasting, complete elimination. The full effect can take a few days to a week, depending on the size and location of the nest. This is why our technician explained that you might continue to see some activity shortly after the initial treatment and asked that you give us a call if the problem persists after a short period of time. We stand by our work and are happy to return and reassess the area if needed — that’s part of our service guarantee.
