Outstanding, thorough, and generous. They showed up during my home inspection for a house I wanted to buy when a large issue was found. The home inspector thought it might be a deal breaker and EcoPro was willing to stop working without charging me even after driving in the snow to check out the house. I decided to continue the inspection anyways and they not only were extremely detail oriented with their work, but went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Definitely pick these guys for any of your needs!!

Disappointing experience with this company. Not very reliable, or punctual. Paid them $203 dollars to rid my home of a bee problem. Technician sprayed something. It had no effect, bee's are still here. Disappointed. Had to call a more professional company - Orkin to come out and fix the problem.

Unlike instant-kill sprays, Termidor Foam is designed for longer-lasting, complete elimination. The full effect can take a few days to a week, depending on the size and location of the nest. This is why our technician explained that you might continue to see some activity shortly after the initial treatment and asked that you give us a call if the problem persists after a short period of time.

My cat was staring at something by one of the LR registers. I looked and saw very tiny little creatures. The next day, I saw them all over and they looked like baby ants. I called Eco PRO and set an appointment for the next day.
Ryan showed up on time, put covers on his shoes and I explained my problem. He immediately saw them and explained they were sugar ants. I told him I had lung problems and I didn't want anything toxic. He put some odorless powder around the baseboard and put some bait in each of the registers in the LR. He was very friendly and courteous. That was the 1st week of Feb. and I haven't seen another ant since then.
I would definitely recommend Eco Pro and Ryan if you ever have any problems!!

I had Orkin out a week prior to Eco Pro. HUGE difference. Orkin guy made it like he was selling a used car trying to get every cent he could based on very little info. Eco was personable and realistic. They identified the issue, explained it in detail to me and made very sensible recommendations. Highly recommend.

On my initial call , Megan was able to schedule an inspection within 24 hours. She was very clear in describing the billing and the process. She was available by phone or text as needed and responded quickly. Tom was friendly and communicated the procedures for capturing raccoons very well. He was consistent in checking the traps. He called or texted everyday to coordinate his visits with our schedules. He gave detailed information regarding access points and damage. David shared referrals for contractors who could close up the animal entry location . I felt that the team was caring and professional. If you run into a critter in your home, this is the group I recommend!

Technician (Tom) was prompt and very thorough. He explained everything he was doing and made recommendations for things that would help with our bug issues. He took the time to listen to our concerns, unlike the previous company we had used. He used green products that I felt comfortable with considering I have small children and pets.

We were very impressed with our expert eco exterminator that came to our office where we have our clothing closet. He managed to fit us in two days early! He gave us a free quote, which meant he needed to do an inspection. Again, I was very impressed with just how thorough the inspection was and how much time and effort he put into triple-checking everything due to our guidelines for helping the local community. We were, of course, relieved when he said that we did not have an actual problem! When we do need this type of help again, this will be the first business we call!

Ryan with Dayton Bugs (ECOPro) was incredibly professional. He was on time (which is unusual for these types of services), friendly, thorough and conscientious of my pets. He knew his product and was able to answer my questions and concerns regarding exposure to my pets. Dayton Bugs is one of the only pest control companies in the area that offer a pet-safe option that is based on essential oils. Two perks 1) pet safe and 2) smells great (rosemary and peppermint). They also offer traditional chemical-based treatments if that fits your needs. I have used other pest control companies in the area and, so far, Dayton Bugs has kept their promise to always confirm appointments ahead of time, and to complete a thorough treatment at every visit. Their pricing is comparable to (and often beats) their competitors but the VALUE (to include my time and theirs) is phenomenal. Can’t say enough about Dayton Bugs, Ryan and the staff that help schedule treatments. 10/10 on all accounts! Thanks!

Tom came by the same day that I called and was very professional, and friendly, in his approach. He quickly figured out that a squirrel had got into the house through an unprotected roof vent. I hired this company back in April 2023. This is my first time ever working with a company regarding an issue like this and so I was new to the whole experience. During my time with this company, I was manipulated and lied to. I feel that I was treated extremely poor. One of the technicians they sent to my house gave me two products Acting like he was somehow doing me a favor by giving them to me and instructed me on Where to put it throughout my home but then I find out later that he was supposed Do that himself!! There were several other issues I had with this individual that I reported to Megan and Brenda. Turns out that he was displaying this behavior in office And treating other women, the way he treated me. I later Found out that there were several things they could have done in the beginning to solve my problem, but they never Even mentioned those solutions. Instead They continuously charged me for these quarterly Treatments. They never offered me any other solutions than that. I am almost 2 years in and still have the problem I Had initially. All they care about is the bottom line $$!! The issue I had at my home was relatively simple, but they took advantage of the fact that I was uneducated on the whole process. I know it says five star reviews, but I just don’t believe but there’s never been anyone with an issue with them. It doesn’t make much sense to me, I spent almost $1000 and never got what I initially paid for. I STILL have bugs in my house. I would never recommend this company to anyone because they have no problem taking your money, but never delivering on their end. I wish I could post the screenshots of my conversation with these people, but unfortunately I can’t. I’ll be going to the Better Business Bureau about this whole situation.

We serviced your property for 12 months at $80 plus tax for 7 of those services and then discounted to $45 plus tax for the remainder. We have also given you 2 $50 credits. One in February and one in March of this year. We also provided 6 no charge follow ups (totaling over $580 in free services). German cockroaches are very tough to eradicate. However, it is even more difficult to rid a home of them when the source of the issue is unfortunately, originating from an unsanitary neighboring home with several dogs. In the interest in helping you with that scenario, we provided our information to your neighbor's home in July of last year and we reached out to them again in April of this year. We have tried different products to eradicate the problem. We received two messages from you (one last year and one this year) telling us that you were so happy with our service. You stated that you hadn't seen any bugs in awhile..but that you had just seen two that day. We immediately scheduled a tech to get to the property to stop the problem from becoming worse. We sincerely have exhausted our options in being able to completely rid you of the issue due to the fact that the source is not your property but your neighbors. We also in the interest of good will, provided you with a deeply discounted termite warranty each year for the price of $80 plus tax. Regarding the tech, he was fired immediately after you contacted us with what was happening. You told us that you didn’t complain about his behavior because you were getting products at a lower cost and some things for free. When you did alert us to the circumstance we fired the employee immediately. (We care deeply that our clients are not in any way treated in an inappropriate manner. We were mortified to hear of his behavior.) (Not to mention that discounted and free products are not really free. They are stolen.) In the interest of getting to complete eradication of the issue, we sent 3 different technicians. Those appointments covered 12 treatments, including 6 at no charge, for the interior and exterior of your home. We were absolutely giving it all that we had to help you but the property next door was just something that we could not control. I (Megan Wilcox the office manager) have text messages and calls from you which I responded to well after hours and scheduled for you for no charge services. (One of those was scheduled at 12:43am.) We understand that dealing with this issue is frustrating and overwhelming and that is why we have worked as diligently as we can to help with this issue. We really do care. We provided you with a resource of a phone number to call to report your neighbors in June of last year. We sincerely worked as diligently as we could on our side of the equation because we really cared about your circumstances. Between no charge appointments, and credits, and discounted warranties, we sincerely tried our best to remedy the issues. We truly do wish you nothing but the best of luck on this pest issue and we truly are sorry that due to the extenuating circumstances (the neighboring property) that we were not able to resolve them for you. We wish so much that we could have offered more.

Five Star Service! We brought bed bugs back from a business trip. EcoPro listened to our problem, scheduled a visit the same day. First time using this company and will continue using them in the future. Both Brenda and Andy were terrific and I can tell the company values excellent customer service. Both were so pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. Andy was very thorough and explained the process. We’ve had spider/ants in the past and the previous company we used just didn’t treat at the same level. We saw an immediate reduction in ants and spiders, (we had a terrible ant infestation this year). Highly recommend!

Just had two visits and both were timely and professional. One treatment and all the ants in our courtyard were gone. Then our annual home inspection followed just as timely and professionally. Prices were very fair and staff are all wonderful.

Brenda calmed me down telling me I probably had flying ants and not termites. Correct! Bobby came out the same day to evaluate and also talked me off the cliff. The next day he came and treated and the ants are gone with guarantee for a year. I have worked with Fleenors for years and they have been wonderful. You can’t go wrong when you call them.

Just had my first treatment done with Eco Shield. The whole process has been great! They came over talked me though the process and asked what kind of problems and concerns I had. After the first treatment they said if there are any issues call us and we will come back for a free spray! Gotta love that! Plus pet friendly treatment and great service!

I cannot say enough good things about Fleenor’s! We had a severe infestation in the new house we bought that was missed during the home inspection. By the time we realized we had a problem, things were out of control. Not only did Fleenor’s help us out, but they offered a warranty for peace of mind in case of future issues. The following spring, I was in my flower garden and found termites in my mulch. Fleenor’s came out and treated every inch of my property. Each person I have dealt with has been so kind, understanding, and has gone out of their way to meet my needs. The staff make you feel like family and take care of you as if you were their family. Having an infestation of any kind of bug or pest is not fun and can make you feel vulnerable. Fleenor’s put my fears to rest, took care of a nightmare issue for me, and made me feel safe in my home again.

Yesterday Bobby came to my new home to inspect for termites. He spent a great deal of time showing us what old termite damage looked like, and what we would see if termite damage is new. He also spent time pointing out damage which we didn't even know existed so that repairs could be made. Bobby was very kind, absolutely brilliant, and so nice to work with. Whenever I have to have any treatments done, I will be asking for Bobby personally.

Communication with Brenda was great!! We purchased a new home and needed a treatment to satisfy va loan. We had to reschedule twice due to the possibly of the house falling out of contract. Tim was thorough and explained everything in detail. He was very careful in his inspection. In the past, other companies damaged baseboards and drywall in the inspection process. I am very pleased with Fleenor’s EcoPro service and inspection and would use them again.

Outstanding, thorough, and generous. They showed up during my home inspection for a house I wanted to buy when a large issue was found. The home inspector thought it might be a deal breaker and Fleenor's was willing to stop working without charging me even after driving in the snow to check out the house. I decided to continue the inspection anyways and they not only were extremely detail oriented with their work, but went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Jim, our go to at Fleenors for home termite inspections recently retired, but we are happy to report that Fleenors has maintained the same professionalism and High Quality Standards with Bobby and Office Manager Megan at the helm. One should not hesitate to call Fleenors, because even under new management, Fleenors has retained its honest, fair, and customer oriented approach to termite inspections / remediation.

These people are absolutely amazing and apps absolutely the best around took care of my pest problem the first time around I would definitely recommend them for all your pest control needs and Megan was one of the best people I’ve encountered dealing with a business 10/10
